Are any supplies provided?
No, what you are purchasing are pre-recorded video lessons! Each section is broken down into manageable video lessons so you can easily look back and review sections if needed.
Do I need to know how to draw to take this class?
No previous drawing experience is necessary. Kolbie will show you how to paint everything that is covered in the course using tips and tricks that make recreating portraits simple!
Can I download the course?
The lessons are viewed within an online portal. Downloading the course is not available due to internet piracy. We hope you understand that this is the only way to protect the course from being resold.
How do I change my password?
Once you have accessed your account using the username and password provided, you can change your password by selecting the profile icon in the top right (this looks like the outline of a person!) and selecting "settings". Then, scroll down to the section labeled "password". Once there, you will enter your initial password and your new password. Once you select "save" in the bottom right hand corner, your profile will update!
